Once a week, 17 weeks + 1 makeup week per semester.

Saturdays
1:00 - 2:00 pm,
3:00 - 4:00 pm
REGISTRATION FEE:
$35 per family per your registration cycle (one semester or full season). No registration fee for choir singers.

10% sibling discount applied if registering more than one student to Campanella programs.
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
An Art History Course for Curious Kids class is an exciting adventure into the amazing world of European art! In this course, “Masterpieces of European Art,” we’ll explore incredible works created by artists from the 14th to the 20th centuries. Together, we’ll unlock the secrets behind their masterpieces, using our imagination to understand the stories they tell and the techniques they use.
Here’s what we’ll do:

Discover fascinating artists and their most famous artworks.

Learn how artists tell stories through colors, shapes, and lines.

Explore various artistic techniques.

Explore different types of art, from portraits to landscapes.

Practice describing what we see and how it makes us feel.

See how art connects to our everyday lives.
Most importantly, we’ll have fun and learn to love and appreciate ART!
How We’ll Learn:
We’ll think, reflect, and go beyond just “I like it” or “I don’t like it.” Together, we’ll dive into discussions and games that help us see art in a whole new way.

Class Materials:
We’ll use colorful visuals, handy vocabulary cards, and inspiring music. Plus, online presentations will be available for review at home, so the fun doesn’t have to stop after class!
